1. Warranty Regulations:
The whole machine is under parts warranty of 12 months.

2. Starting date of Warranty
Machines are under parts warranty from date of ex-factory.

3. The below situations are out of warranty:
•  a. Using unclean lubricating oil and hydraulic oil.
•  b. Containing metal or hard nonmetal materials in plastic raw materials.
•  c. Plasticizing corrosive material or material containing fiberglass with nitrided screw.
•  d. Not enough cooling water;
•  e. Improper maintenance, abnormal voltage and using spare parts not authorized by Chen De, Accident or damage caused by maintenance of unaccredited mechanism.
•  f. Damage of mould clamping holes.
•  Spare parts are damaged by human error or damage caused by misoperation.

Should any other warranty items and service be added, we will charge at the actual cost.

4.Transport Promise:

The damage, caused by nonhuman error during transportation, will be compensated by insurance company.

5.Operating Requirements:

•  a. The barrel temperature must reach the required temperature before plasticizing the materials.

•  The minimum screwing length of the mould clamp screw must be 1.5 times of the diameter of the mould clamp hole.
