Chen De has abundant experience in producing plastic injection moulding machines and brings in the advanced technology in the world and progressive management concepts. (1) Selection of suppliers: The key hydraulic and electric components are imported from world famous professional manufacturers and this becomes significant guarantee of good quality Chen De machines. All suppliers are selected through competitive, progressive or co-operative mechanism that forms a keen competitive supply chain, which ensures the quality and stability of those key components.

(2) Quality control throughout the production process: Chen De implements strict quality supervision throughout the whole production process. We have strict technical skill training for all employees involved in production. There are rigorous and scientific regulations and strict management system for each procedure.
*Our quality control process is not limited in components inspection only, but emphasizes on the overall quality control process. By applying this process, we make sure the five factors of user, machine, material, method, time to form an effective closed-loop control system.
* For every new product, our teams carry out a systematical inspection, testing and assessment to every function and parameter to make sure the product perform reliably.
* We believe that machine under cautious inspection and testing can ensure the standard of the machine.
* With the usage of ERP system, our quality control process and products improvement process could be enhanced. A high standard QC system is the key factor of keeping our products in high quality.

(3) Mechancial Facilities: Chen De owns its advanced machining equipments such as CNC, Flexible Machining Center, laser cutting machine, heat processing machine which are imported from Japan. Those mechining equipments ensure every of the parts achieve the world standard.

(4) A superior and reliable all-bearing quality analysis and improvement system: In order to maintain our world-leading position in plastic injection moulding machine, Chen De invested over millions on purchasing equipments. Besides, we have our own laboratories which provide us with a strong analyzing power and guarantee a high reliability.
